CTM Heating charges a minimum of one hour for all work. Following the first hour, work is charged at half hourly rates*.

On larger jobs, we will provide a quote before work begins. If at any point the scope of work changes, or more materials are required, we will always keep you informed.

All rates quoted exclude materials and additional costs e.g. congestion charge, parking etc.

Rates between 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday

Boiler service - £80 Fixed
Gas Safety Certificate - £75 Fixed
Combined Service and Certificate - £120
General Plumbing and gas work - £65 per hour

Rates between 6pm - 8am Monday - Friday and all day Saturday

Boiler service - £100 fixed
Gas safety certificate - £90 fixed
Combined Service and Cert - £160 fixed
General plumbing and gas work - £90 per hour

Rates between 8am - 6pm Sunday and Bank holidays

Boiler service - £150 fixed
Gas safety certificate - £130 fixed
Combined service and certificate - £220
fixed General plumbing and gas work - £130 per hour

Rates between 6pm - 8am Sunday and Bank holidays

Boiler service - £180 fixed
Gas safety certificate - £170 fixed
Combined service and certificate - £260 fixed
General plumbing and gas work - £150 per hour

*The first hour will be charged in full, thereafter part hours will be charged as follows
Under 30 mins work - half the hourly rate Over 30 mins work - full hourly rate
